The Role of Language in Behavior Management
This course identifies a number of behavioral concepts that early interventionists will encounter when working with young children with hearing loss. The crucial role that language plays in influencing the development of appropriate behavior is explored. Case scenarios illustrate particular behavior challenges and strategies for using language to progress through them. Creating positive self-image throughout the early years is emphasized.
