92626 & 92627 may be payable when billed by an audiologist. 92630 & 92633 are determined not payable since 92507 is payable
only when billed by sp ech language pathologist. According to Medicare’s CCI edits, 92507 is usually considered a component code and therefore bundled with the comprehensive codes 92601 through 92604 when services are provided the same day by the sameprovider. Programming codes and 92507 may be unbundled with the use of modifier – 59 when used in compliance with Medicare CCI Edit guidelines.
