Obsolescence Update Cochlear Nucleus Sprint™ and Cochlear Nucleus ESPrit™ 3G repair dates extended!

As you are aware, earlier this year we announced that the Nucleus Sprint and Cochlear Nucleus ESPrit 3G Sound Processors would officially be obsolete in the US effective June 30, 2010 and December 31, 2010 respectively.

While these obsolescence dates still stand (i.e. we will no longer sell these sound processors or service agreements) due to changes in the global repair marketplace, we will continue to repair on SPrint & 3G beyond the obsolescence date – (i.e. we will not sell these products or service agreements).

We also sent a hard copy communication to our clinic partners and recipients, available for download.
