Linking Baha to FM Systems, Telephones, and Other Technology

 

This seminar offers guidance and suggestions for use of accessories that are available for interface with Cochlear™ Baha® Sound Processors. These devices include FM systems, telecoils, and other input accessories that can be used with the direct auditory input (DAI) provided on Baha Sound Processors. The target audiences are professionals, parents of Baha users, and adult Baha users.

Course Objectives:

  • Upon completing this course, participants will be able to describe options for adapting audio-producing devices to Baha Sound Processors.
  • Upon completing this course, participants will be able to explain how to attach the various devices in Cochlear’s product portfolio for Baha to sound processors.
  • Upon completing this course participants will be able to describe how each Baha Sound Processor’s controls will interact with various DAI accessories.
  • Upon completing this course, participants will be able to explain how to connect and operate Baha Sound Processors with individual auditory input accessories.
