Kids Will Be Kids: Tips and Tricks for All Seasons

 

Parents of children who use cochlear implants are faced with many challenges in the day-to-day use of the device. From selecting winter hats that do not disrupt the child’s magnet placement to deciding how to navigate summer swimming expeditions with little disruption of sound, there is much to consider. This session provides useful tips for everyday use and maintenance so that parents don’t have to think: “I wish someone had told me about that.”
